Shipping policy

Where do we ship? We currently ship across India only.

How long does delivery take? Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after placing your order. Delivery to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities may take up to 10 business days.

How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 will have a flat shipping fee applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) We accept Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your location.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched along with a tracking number.

Tracking your order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, courier issues, or weather conditions. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days please contact us at support.zapkart@gmail.com and we will look into it immediately.
