Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with original packaging intact. You'll also need your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support.zapkart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right.

Non-returnable items The following cannot be returned: personal care items (exfoliating gloves, massagers) once opened and used, items not in original condition, and items returned after 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — please provide your bank details when contacting us.
